Social Technographics
OK so I know this is year-old news but I was looking for this information a few weeks ago and couldn’t find it. Thanks to Matthew Hodgson for pointing it out to me.
The information was a segmentation model of users or what Forrester refers to as consumers in regards to social technologies with the following user groupings:
- Creators
- Critics
- Collectors
- Joiners
- Spectators
- Inactives
