I would love to but still haven’t managed to convince anyone I’ve worked with to migrate spec to wiki … so still just Word documents.

Great post and it’s just what I was looking for today. I’m encountering similar challenges with figuring out the best way to create and distribute a style guide to members of the development team.
Nat what are you using to distribute your style guides to the members of the development team? A Wiki?
