About me

I am currently employed permanent full-time as a Senior UX Designer at Veritec, part of FTS Group.

I have over 17 years experience in the web industry across Federal and local government, education, technology, retail, tourism, telecommunications and not-for-profit sectors.

I consult to Veritec’s clients on user experience and inclusive design with a focus on the Australian Government’s Digital Service Standard. I research, design and collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and user needs, and propose solutions that align with the expectations and behaviours of users.

You can read more about my work history and experience on LinkedIn.

All views expressed on this website and on my social media accounts are my own.

I enjoy photography, hiking and geocaching, love reading books and last year was on the committee for a local ParkCare conservation group Friends of The Pinnacle.

I’ve previously volunteered for BarCampTEDxOpenAustralia and ACT Wildlife.

I’m interested in cartography, GIS and topographical surveying and contribute to OpenStreetMap and play around a bit with QGIS, ArcGIS and Tableau. I’m also interested in business analytics and data mining, and am a Google Analytics certified consultant.
