Talk to the contact officer for the role and preferably the person who will be doing the evaluation of applications which would be the supervisor of that role or for technical roles then the resident technical consultant.

Passion for your work is a source of energy that drives you, motivates you, keeps you going. If you’re passionate about what you do then working at least 9-5 doesn’t even phase you or drain you.
