Do developers need to take any notice of this user centred concept? I don’t think developers need to change their approach to development. They should remain solution-focussed and if the end solution does not reflect user needs and workflow then something failed in the design phase, not development.

Having hyperlinks link to multiple destinations rather than having to rewrite content to allow for the one hyperlink per portion of document.
